Honestly- I'm tired of people wanting to give the bad call a 'pass' because of 'The Hit'

If anything, IMO- 'The Hit' made it more excusable to criticize the bad call. It wasn't sour grapes, it truly didnt matter- but its the principle of it. It was EGREGIOUS

Sucks that there's very little we can do. SC should file a formal protest of some sort with the Outback Bowl officials, the NCAA, and the Big East. This was just so obviously wrong you can't just let it go.

Well, there isn't much I can personally do- I was referring to the University or the other powers that have the ability to really get some action taken here.

I could spam the NCAA, ESPN, Outback, Big East, etc etc Facebook pages for weeks on weeks but that is about the extent of it before I'd be called a "whiney baby" and told to "get over it, it doesn't matter". When it certainly matters.

If you, as an individual, care about college football at all...you should want some sort of corrective action over this, whether its a public reprimand, someone lose their job, public apology, all of the above...etc.

I don't usually complain about refs because it usually balances out and is subjective but that call should at minimum get the head ref bumped down to a line judge. He should not be leading a crew
