Junior DE Bryson Allen-Williams of Ellenwood, GA Friday released on Twitter his top seven schools in order. "Based on the offers I have today here's my top 7 in this order SC,UF,UCLA,USC,Wash,Ga Tech,Clemson," Allen-Williams wrote. He added that if Georgia were to offer, the Bulldogs would move into his top three. Allen-Williams camped at USC last summer and visited for the Georgia game. "I have a great relationship with Coach Ward," he said. "I like the coaches. They are like a family." Allen-Williams also is attracted by what the Gamecocks are doing on the field. "You can tell South Carolina is dominate this season," he said. This season Allen-Williams had 92 tackles with 17 sacks. He says Ward has outlined plans for him. "He said I can play rush end or stand up and drop back in coverage," he said. Allen-Williams said USC has a small lead on Florida right now and is keeping his options open. Florida and USC were the first schools to offer. "South Carolina leads because of the tight relationship between Coach Ward and me and my mom," Allen-Williams said. He visited Clemson last weekend and the Tigers offered. "Coach Swinney has really turned it around," he said. "They are trying to start a relationship." He does not plan to make a decision for several months.

USC recruiter Lorenzo Ward checked in on junior DE Bryson Allen-Williams Monday. "A lot of schools have been stopping by," Williams said. UCLA, Vanderbilt, North Carolina, Maryland, Washington, Florida and Central Florida have also been thru. Williams has had a top seven, in order, of USC, Florida, UCLA, Southern Cal, Washington, Georgia Tech and Clemson, and he said that has not changed. "There's not really anyone standing out in the top seven," he said. "But you know how recruiting is. It can pick up or slow down at any time." Allen-Williams visited USC and Clemson during the season. He also camped at USC last summer.

Cedar Grove DE Bryson Allen-Williams may be a little smaller (6-2, 215) than listed but is very aggressive and physical. Allen-Williams has 17 offers, including Georgia Tech, Florida and South Carolina.

It would be nice to see Allen-Williams back on the second level at linebacker so he could work some in space and in coverage, but he is working at end, and he was quick off the edge on day one. He is great anticipation, he fires off the ball, and he only plays at one speed, fast. He could play inside or outside linebacker on the next level and be used as a rush specialist in certain situations, but in this game, he should really pressure the opposing quarterbacks.

On TBS, his mom stated that he wanted to commit to The USC right after our bowl game but she wants him to not commit until he is absolutely sure of where he wants to go and not switch. She also loves The USC especially Whammy. She wants him to take all his OVs so he is positive and then make one, final decision. No timeline but it looks like he will commit well before 2014 NSD. Right now, we lead by a good margin. BTW - she is very classy and is guiding him through his recruitment well!

His mom seems to be a super lady based on her 247 posts. He is certainly a level headed young man who will not commit until he has explored all of his options (expect him to take all 5 OVs before making a decision).

He is going to be a heck of a player.
