Could we be the front runner in the East in 2013? Florida looked like crap in the Sugar vs LOUISVILLE and they are losing some guys. Georgia is losing guys too and Murray most likely going pro.
We're losing guys but we still have a stout D, and Clowney of course.. Offense looks to have a rhythm. 2 QBs we can rely on. Guys we can pass to. Some depth at RB, even with Marcus leaving. Plus, we have a very favorable schedule next year. If we can get past UGA and UF, we should find our selves in Atlanta. UGA is away, but we have learned how to win there. UF is at home which really helps us. We obviously don't do too well in Gainsville (well, except for 2010...). No Bama or LSU. I really think this could be "the year"!! |

Alabama... they have to go to College Station in '13 for their second game of the season. aTm will have to go to Baton Rouge mid-season for their showdown with LSU. If Johnny football gets a fast start against Bama, they could go all the way. They are playing SECe opponents Vandy at home and Mizzou in Columbia and travel to Fayetteville, BR (as noted) and Oxford for their SECw rivals.
They may have a shot and we could be playing them in Atlanta, if we take care of our own business. Clowney versus Manziel... could be two Heisman winners going head to head. Only in the SEC! Go Gamecocks!!! gacock |

East and SEC are ours to take this year Dec. ATM's will lose 2 or 3 as their 2012 free parade is over with.

North Carolina - Nothing special, at home, should be an easy win. Plus Bernard is entering the draft and he was really their only threat
Georgia - is losing a TON on defense and most likely losing Murray to the NFL. Should be a win. Vanderbilt - another team losing a lot of players on each side of the ball. Game is at home so should be an easy win. UCF - Don't know much about them, but should be a win. Kentucky - at home, easy win. Arkansas - Wilson leaving, they really haven't recruited all that well, but it is on the road, either way should be a win. Tennessee - Losing a few key players, Bray their biggest loss, on the road, SHOULD be a win. Missouri - should be a win Mississippi State - extremely overrated team earlier this year, exposed, no real threat, should be a easy win. Florida - at home, which helps, but bringing in a lot of talent, losing some key guys, but could end up being a tough game...toss up Coastal - win Clemson - 5 in a row baby So, Florida is the real threat right now, but a few teams might surprise us. I mean look at Vanderbilt. We all thought it was going to be a blowout, but they almost beat us. Plus, we always have that one game where nothing goes our way (2012 Florida, 2011 Auburn, 2010 Kentucky) but this should be our year to take the east again. |

As long as we get by Georgia, Florida and Clemson we are going all the way next year.
Hell, we could have gone there this year... just sit back and think about how close we came.... LSU beat us by 2 points. There is no denying that the crowd had our boys a little nervous. Florida was just a botched job from the start. I wish we could have both of those games back we could do big things. I just hope we don't shit the bed to some random team like Coastal or something next year. We seriously should have beat Florida... they aren't that good... they've just got very lucky many time in my opinion. They should have lost to us and Georgia. MARK IT DOWN 2013 is OUR YEAR BOYS!!! Georgia - 4 in a row Clemson - 5 in a row Let's go mange! |

TAMU is also losing some key players...not sure how good they are at reloading.
If we get our passing game going, we could beat UF's defense. UL showed everyone how it's done. |
