I will say Matt was having a off day in the shrine bowl, but in state semifinals he did put up a 58 yarder. I dont know your standards for a HS kicker, but in mine thats pretty darn good. Of course im biased tho.

Henry is GOOOOD! I would say G. Bryant is maybe the third best RB on the East squad. James Quick has an appropriate name. Have not seen L Bryant.

Elder is just a freshman. He has all spring and summer to figure it out and be ready to play, and Coach Brown really liked how he progressed last year, he just didn't get on the field. He will be a good player with time.

As for Moody, I'm not sure he played all year in any capacity. At any rate, he's going to be good, and the coaches like his ability, as well.

In fairness to the OP, I did just notice that Scout also has us ranked behind Vandy -- but they haven't added the Williams pickup yet.

Bottom line: If we land the remaining players we're favored for, we finish top 15 with every site. That's a damn strong class, folks. Once we win an SEC title (hopefully next season!)...maybe then we can start expecting top 10 classes every year.

Our coaches are doing a fantastic job recruiting and coaching up players. Complaining about the job they're doing after the first two 11 win seasons (and top 10 finishes) in school history is...bizarre.

We are young/inexperienced in the secondary but have a lot of talent. Gurley got hurt not moody. I think moody was a RS. Elder should make an impact for us.

No I'm being serious. This is out 2nd 11-2 season. We went to SEC Championship couple years back. We've scored the number one recruits in the nation for couple years. Clemson has no problem doing well during recruiting, why cant we? Acting like having a bad recruiting class is ok is like when Columbia tried to ignore it's gang problems years ago. This will effect us in years to come if we dont do something about recruiting. You can't exspect to win a Nation Champinship if you can't recruit agaisnt the big boys or in this years case...the little boys (vandy)
