Yeah, Clowney is a different level than Marcus (and like you cofc, Marcus is my all-time favorite.) I agree that SOS is building a program and its not just based on one player. But Clowney is unlike anything we (or college football for that matter) has ever seen. Without teams having to gameplan around him (and will failing) there's no telling how many we would've lost. Marcus was great but in a way we've seen before. Clowney is great in a way that no one has ever experienced (both in actual play and potential).

Note: In no way shape or form bashing Marcus. He is my all time favorite and his effect on the trajectory of the program is invaluable. I love him more than I should a complete stranger.

Well not that you guys care all that much but his recruitment continues to be a wild one. He postponed his announcement from the Army Game today and has said he will not make an announcement at all. Instead he will simply enroll at the school of his choice sometime this week. Also, apparently Clemson is the leader with UF and now Notre Dame in the picture as well. Crazy stuff and obviously the kid is having a tough time.

I know that I heard the announcer say when he caught the ball out of bounds by the end zone that he was going to uga - I thought I had just missed his announcement - I should know better than listen to announcers
