What was the crowd like? From what I could see on TV, it was mostly garnet.

We were not outnumbered. In the stadium it looked about 50-50 or maybe 60-40 us. In the lot where I parked it was 3-1 Gamecocks. They were loud but so were we. They kept chanting Go Blue. After we scored at the end we all chanted Go Home Blue. Great game.

A lot of Michigan fans probably live in Florida, especially retired people. It is easier for them to get to Tampa.

I'm not surprised that Michigan had a better presence.

It was about as even as it can get. Lower bowl was certainly even. Hard to tell in the upper decks, but neither had a big advantage.

At Ybor City for the parade it did appear to be more Gamecocks

lower deck was split down the middle but upper deck had more michigan fans. not too many more but they had a small advantage

I arrived in tampa friday night. Until game day I hardly seen any michigan people. Lots of locals attended. Stadium club had a lot more gamecocks. Game was 50/50.

The side of the upper I was on (right above our team) had way more Gamecocks than Michigan fans. In my section it was around 80-20. I assumed that was the gamecock side. The rest of the stadium looked 50-50 to me.

Our section had 3 blue we were there in force. Many locals told me Sunday at Walters press box sports bar they were cheering for us. Welcomed us back . We rocked the stadium.

I heard alot of Gamecock fans, but it would make sense that there would be more Michigan fans since Florida is a retirement place for ex-northerners.

I saw many more Gamecock fans out and about in Tampa and definitely at the parade in Ybor City, BUT there were a lot of Michigan fans at the beach event in Clearwater and at the game it appeared to be about 50/50 from my vantage point. Michigan fans do not use car flags/attire as much as we do, from my observation, except while at the game.
