TAjh Boyd about 50/50 staying at CU

The decision to go pro is one that these kids have to take seriously. Coming back to play "one more year" may seem right from a fan's perspective, but we're talking serious money here. As a fan, you should want the right thing for the player.

After the beating Boyd took in the last two games you would think that he might feel like he should be getting paid a little more. Of course, there aren't many times in the acc that he gets hit like that, and maybe the taters can up the ante a little.
I think as long as Johnny Heisman is still in college no one else is a legitimate Heisman contender, espeically a QB. Boyd reminds me a lot of Jordon Jefferson. Lots of physical talent, but we have to see how he uses it. If he's in school to get an education, then he should stay til he graduates. If he's there to get into the NFL, then now's the tie.

They are wary of giving 2 Heismans to one guy, they work on unwritten rules for some reason. I guess they want Griffin to be the only one. Which is also why I personally doubt a purely defensive player will ever win the Heisman.

I was hoping he would go this year. It would help us with the odds of another win against Clemson. However, we still keep winning against the odds on most of our games and I think we can still win again next year with or without Boyd on the tiger team.

I don't see Boyd leaving, especially since both Dabo and Chad Morris have been vocal about how he should stay. Heck, I'd even be surprised if Hopkins left. Seems like Clemson never has early defections to the NFL -- I'm probably overlooking someone, but I can't remember the last time one of their players bolted. I guess there's something to be said for that, but it also comes off as a bit selfish on the part of their coaching staff.

Because it affects recruiting. When Dabo obviously lies to his players so he can make a big name for himself, it shows potential recruits why you cannot believe his recruiting pitches either.

Some of you people are ignorant to think that he doesnt have what it takes to beat South Carolina, He's talented and this offense this year could have put up 50 on South Carolina, luckily our defense did its job.

As far as unfinished business and national championship crap, I still dont think Clemson has teh defense to win a national championship. Even if they make it there, a team like Alabama would destroy them.
