Here is my rundown...

1. 3 touchdowns
2. Catches game-saving 4th and 3 pass on final drive to keep us in the game.
3. Makes a circus catch for the ages at the back of the endzone, staying within bounds by millimeters and banging into the endzone wall but never losing control of the ball.
4. Makes one of the best punt returns in recent memory, taking it to the house.
5. During our critical drive to win the game, makes 3 clutch catches in a row.

Not a bad day at the office!

It is definitely up there with Ryan Brewer's 2001 Outback Bowl perfomance.

Getting an opportunity for increased playing time with the
suspension of Watson, the Ohio native almost single-handidly
helped South Carolina cap its turnaround season with a 24-7
victory over No. 18 Ohio State in the Outback Bowl.


Brewer, who was recruited by Ohio State, filled in more than
capably, accounting for 219 all-purpose yards and scoring all
three South Carolina touchdowns. He rushed for a seven-yard TD
early in the third quarter, caught a 28-yard TD pass 43 seconds
into the fourth period and ran for a two-yard score with six
minutes remaining.

The 5-10, 205-pound sophomore, a former Mr. Ohio, burned his
home state team by rushing for 109 yards on 19 carries and
catching three passes for 92 yards. He also had two punt returnS
for 18 yards.

Defense played as well as anyone did that day and i still remember SG going into panic mode and throwing the ball off the crossbar. He did have a great game though.

I will go with marcus against uga. He did it all on his own it seemed. Very much like george did almost every game.

Shaw against Clemson last year when he threw for over 200 yards and ran for over 100 yards. That was pretty impressive.

Latti against UGa his freshman year and UF same year.

Eric Norwood against UK on a Thursday night when he scored 2 TDS and just generally brought havoc to UK offense the whole game.

Going back to old days...

Gordon Beckham going 16-17 against #3 UNC to beat them in Chapel Hole.

Jeff Grantz against Clempson when we beat them 56-20.

George Rogers in about any game he played in.

Dickie Harris against UNC one year when he had 2 returns for TDs and had a couple of INTs and a million tackles.

His day at the office was something not short of amazing. The only thing though that I enjoyed more which is hard to do because Ace was "the man", was that Clowney hit on their RB and he was like a Grizzly snatching up the pigskin with one hand after the hit... I love that video but yes, Ace was definitely the MVP.

I think Lattimore's 246 yard 3 TD performance against Navy last year deserves to be mentioned as well. He was the main reason we won that game and kept history from repeating itself.

I agree with all of the others, but would like to also submit Melvin Ingram's performance against UGAy last season. He accounted for 14 points in a game we won by 3. Without that last fumble return for touchdown, the game could have ended very differently.
