His size reminds me of former Gamecock great, Harold Green. He's not as broad in the shoulders, but runs downhill and can be elusive for a big guy. Welcome aboard David!

It wasn't anything spectacular or emotional. He was very businesslike and just grabbed the hat and said that he was going to South Carolina. He said he liked that he had a chance for early PT and that we recruited him the hardest. It was quick.

Kid is gonna be a good one. I expect he will play in the 215 to 220 range and he has excellent speed.

Very pumped about this... Our rb recruiting has greatly increased since Marcus (yes I know we used to have classes with multiple 4 star rbs, but they would never pan out), we are looking to have bama/lsu type depth

Well you have Brandon Wilds then Mike Davis and from then, you have Salley who is coming off of injury. Carson likely gone to baseball, a walk-on rb then the true freshman coming in.

I say pretty good, considering we do not have a back like him on the roster. With the frame to carry a powerful, muscular body, and the speed to leave defenders in the dust, he has the makings to be another George Rogers type back for us.

I think we'll be fine with Wilds, Davis, Carson (yes, he likely returns next year) and Salley.

Carson probably won't stay after next year if things go well for baseball, and then we have a Redshirted Williams to fill that role.
