I don't have a problem with this at all.

When was the last time anyone even considered how frickin hard it would be to teach a class of 15-17 year olds these days? They are mutants. They are aliens from another planet and not of this earth.

The simple fact that one of them is secretly videotaping his/her teacher tells me all I need to know about the mindset operating in that room.

You can't really tell by this video what kind of class she has, but she's old enough to know better about what would motivate her class.

Hats off to her. At least they won't forget their lesson, even if they forget specifically what it's about. Maybe they will see a bigger picture here and won't be resigned to a lifetime of cleaning the fry pit at Burger King. Maybe one of them will start thinking about what is really operating here, like marketing in a business sense, or targeting different learning styles of students. Maybe the lesson will work. And if it works for one, then that's good enough in my opinion.
