With Ace taking his talents to the NFL this year, who will most likely be our best choice in replacing him?

Could Pharoh Cooper take over the role as a True Freshman or is the staff set on a redshirt for him?

Ronnie Martin should get a solid look here, from what I have read about his talents. And, he will have Spring camp to get a jump on other incoming freshmen.

i'd like to see carson or hampton back there. bruce is an option too. any of those 3 would be my first guess of players currently on the roster.

Vic Hampton was 2nd on the Depth Chart for PR this season, so he's the obvious successor.

Pharoh Cooper has a shot as well, along with Bruce, Byrd and some other guys.

I thought about Victor, as well.

Whoever it is they have a golden opportunity to succeed. Our special teams opened up some good lanes for Ace. The same can be done for someone else.

Assume the redshirt for Cooper, unless spring and summer workouts tell us differently.

That leaves the main candidates to be Bruce and Byrd. I'd imagine it will be Byrd.

IDK about him in HS, but I noticed Cooper had 6 PR's for a TD his junior year. Don't know how many, if any, he had this past year. He seems to have the ability, though.
