Yea, I don't expect him to be a Gamecock but who knows, he had a real good time on the OV.

It is looking like Senat will become a Gamecock, so really just replace him with Wiggins and we are looking at Rodgers, Ngakoue, Senat and possibly Powell as the last four. All four of those guys played at an All American game, which is pretty impressive.

If he doesn't add weight he is almost the exact same size as Antonio Allen who was our best Spur ever. Actually slightly bigger than Allen. Worst case scenario he plays Spur. Kid is to good to pass up and I personally do not think he will have a problem adding weight. We are not trying to transition this kid to DE like Harris. Harris has gained plenty of enough weight to play LB but they do not feel he moves well enough. Not the case with Powell.

Our current players need to use their story and charm this weekend. I saw a tweet from Shaq Wilson promoting our coaches and school. It is true we have many good things to offer. I hope everyone attends the basketball game. A good crowd would look nice.

If his GPA on Rivals is correct, and I have no reason to think it isn't, then he will have no trouble at all qualifying.

I don't think we're as solid depthwise as you think, personally I'd love to see us at least bring in Senat to join Griffin.

I guess it depends what you consider "depth" I suppose. Those 4 for 2 slots, sometimes less depending on our rabbits package or formations where we have more in the secondary sounds good.

I want both too, though.

Shaq is good enough to get playing time here right away. He is one of the best shut-down corners I have seen at his age, especially for his size. We don't promise playing time, but we do tell them their chances of playing right away, and his chances are good.

I would doubt he surpasses McWilliams, Hampton, Legree and Elder, but stranger things have happened.

I'd love to have him, hope he switches to us. I was just telling our Georgia friend that we don't promise playing time.
