My neighbor is playing in the Super Bowl! Big news for our small town. Andy Lee, SF's Punter, lived maybe 1/2 mile down the road. Parents are still there, he lives in SF, and stays there a few weeks at a time during the off-season.

Don't feel bad. I'm the same way when it comes to the NFL. I'm a Steelers fan, and I take a "meh, whatever" attitude every weekend, no matter what happens.

Case in point, when the Steelers lost to the Packers in the Super Bowl a few years ago, in FEBRUARY, at that point I was still more upset about Carolina blowing a huge lead to UK the previous October.

I just don't care about the NFL for whatever reason, and the last few seasons, I too have taken a "meh, whatever" approach to it. The Gamecocks, however, are a COMPLETELY different story.
