Here's the ESPN article that only says we lose 3 from the 85 limit. It doesn't say anything about the annual limit of 25.

Honestly, I really want Yannick to be a Gamecock, but if a player wants to stay in his home state I can respect that. Can you imagine the kind of things Bama fans might have said about Carolina when Clowney was considering staying home? They have more tradition, probably nicer facilities, and had won a national championship the year before, but Clowney decided to stay home and we all love him for that. He's much more loved here than he ever would have been in Tuscaloosa and maybe Yannick feels that it will be that way if he stays in Maryland.

We are obviously enjoying more success right now than Maryland and we play in a much better conference and we have a much better coaching staff, but I won't blame the guy if he stays home.

i've been saying this for weeks and nobody believed me. i even included the freakin NCAA press release and I was told I was wrong. Unbelievable.

LINK. The one positive aspect is since this is in place for the 2013 class and 2014 class, that means the 2015 class should be sanction free. However the 2014 class is one of the most talent rich we've seen instate in a while.

So that means if we place Vickers we only have three spots left. We have a ton of penitential candidates and only three spots. The only position I know is a definite take is LB.
