Only two things are certain.

1) Our OL will be exceptional once again barring serious injury.

and

2) Our defense can't possibly get any worse than last year. Improvement, albeit limited, is all but guaranteed.

We got in and pushed late.

It was widely believed that if we didn't sign C. Patterson than Davis was our back up plan.

After CP committed, Davis was long forgotten. So I never really gave him much attention.

I like how he is very disciplined. You see him patiently waiting for the ball carrier to come to him instead of rushing the tackle, making it harder for the ball carrier to shake him. I am sure his safeties loved him this season. Also, he tackles pretty well.

Also the coaches last week laid out a detailed plan how SC planned to use him and he was very excited about that.
