I hate that airport. The seating at each gate is terrible. 40 seats for a plane that holds 130...thats some good math there

Delta notorious for gate changes. Spent the night there in 2011 when my gate changed 3 times and the final change, changed concourses. Got nice and lubed up at one of the Gateway Hotels right off of the skyway (cause they were all booked) and slept in one of those oversized handicapped chairs in the concourse. I hate the ATL.

I've never had problems flying through ATL. It's a huge airport, but all of the concourses are uniform and connected via. a tram inside security, which makes for pretty easy connections, even if you change airlines.
LAX (Los Angeles) sucks ass if you're trying to change airlines. I connected there on the way to Sydney. We came on Delta and left on Qantas, we had to leave the secure area, walk to the terminal where the Qantas flight left from, check in again, and go through security screening again. Next time I go, I'm taking the Qantas flight out of Dallas. Now going through Newark one time our plane got stuck in a damn pot hole on the taxi way, and missed the connecting flight to GSP.

ATL is not as bad as it used to be. Flown in and out many times. In the 80's it was cosidered a hell hole
