I remember looking at his high school film when he signed and just thought, "damn this kid's gonna be something special". His college highlights speak for itself but do yourself a favor and check out his senior year film.

Wish he would've stayed another year but I don't blame him for leaving one bit. IMO we'll be watching many more highlights of him in the NFL for years to come. Good luck Ace

Round 4 is most likely where he ends up. A strong combine might bump him to the third but he'll have to outperform his measurables.

Haha at the posts above ^ if Al Davis was alive he might go early based on pure speed (and i use early relatively loosely). He goes 5th round at the earliest, undrafted as the worst case scenario. This is assuming he isnt a 'workout warrior.'

I was thinking 4th.
Maybe 3rd if he really impresses and a team thinks that a true returner will change their fortunes.

3rd, and he will make the roster on special teams. His speed is NFL average for most slot recievers but his vision on returns is excellent. And he is also great at running routes.

i dont expect him to run a blazing 40, im hopeful he'll post a good time, but his quickness, agility, and route running will get him rave reviews.

I don't follow recruiting very much. That was one heck of a senior reel. Who was his QB and did he play anywhere? He seemed to have pretty good arm strength and was great at getting away from pressure.

Height is the only downfall of his but he's heard that his entire career playing WR. It doesn't effect him, only makes him strive harder.

This list looks pretty accurate. Sanders isn't even top 5 out of the SEC this year. He'll get drafted as a special teams guy not a WR and no team is spending a 1 or 2 pick on a guy like that.

The good thing about the current state of the league is more teams are passing.
More 4 and 5 WR sets mean more WRs on rosters, meaning more WR will get taken

I disagree, the NFL evaluated him in the 4th round and I think he will improve on that at the combine, they have him listed as running a 4.5 and I think he runs better than that. Say a 4.4-4.45 to go as high as 3rd round or a sub 4.4 to go in the 2nd

I doubt he runs a sub-4.4. I bet he goes in the 4th round.

Ace will test off the charts in the agility drills and his 10 yard split will be elite. His 40 time won't be elite, 4.45-4.55 range, but that should be enough to get him in the 3rd round due to his great special teams performance in college. Fortunately for him he specializes in punt returning which the NFL is unable to legislate away unlike the kick off returns where they have minimized those specialists with the 35 yard line kick off. Like I said 3rd round sounds about right for him.
