According to TBS this morning, all signs point to David sticking with his commitment to Carolina. I think everyone assumed this, but its always a worry when a kid takes an OV this late in the process with NSD right around the corner.

I wonder what FSU is thinking this morning with Bryant and Lyons having just finished great visits to Columbia. Didn't I read where Jimbo has been looking around at other jobs.

He's probably doing that to keep in touch with his coaching staff from last season...I think just about his entire staff has now moved on to other jobs...

True, but if you look at who replaced them...FSU will continue to be a recruiting machine, maybe even more so.

Something is going on at FSU. Not really sure why all the Coaching attrition but that certainly is a red flag. Even Jimbo was shopping himself earlier in the year so that does not look well for stability.

Actually Camara will be a DB IIRC (6'2 180 in HS) and Turner on the DL (will be too big for a LB)

Johnson may also get some looks on the DL, so to be honest only 1 (Bryant) looks to be a full time LB here.. although he could definitely see time at Spur

This is why I'm praying we close with 2 LB's

Camara will be a SPUR. He, like Jordan Diggs, was specifically recruited for that position.

Turner will be a hybrid LB/DE. They envision using him like Eric Norwood.

David Johnson might be in the same boat but some think long term he will be a hybrid DE/DT like Melvin Ingram.

Cooper, Lewis, Holloman, and Rainey are all freshmen or sophomores. So we get 3 or 4 years of them. Add in Bryant and maybe someone like Marcquis Roberts and that is 6 players for 2 LB spots.

Also have to mention, USC has a chance to get Skai Moore and could have a nice LB class for 2014 with Bryson Allen-Williams the potential headliner.

I'd say in terms of bodies, USC is fine. Experience on the other hand is going to require some patience.

You mean to tell me the sky isn't falling? Because from what i've read on CT, we're going to have to suit up a cheerleader to play LB and that our coaches are off in the caribbean too drunk to care about the ship back home sinking.
