It's anyone's guess in the 3rd rd. Basically any team will take a flyer on him. If his knee checks out he could be the feel good story of the draft and go first rd.

Very unlikely that Marcus is a first rounder, but for me, it's just as unlikely Marcus falls to the fifth round! Late second, or third round seems likely in my opinion!

I hope he goes to the Steelers, not that I like them, just cause he deserves a chance on a great NFL team and I got a buddy who's a Pittsburgh pro fan and a Miami college fan, and he doesn't like SC at all. That would be salt in the wound, friends.

he'd be dropping to the 3rd round, it wouldn't be a flyer.

people are a lot less afraid of injuries than they used to be, especially the smarter run teams like the Pats or the Steelers. Plus he's still the highest rated RB in the draft analyst crowd.

Although you've always got to take these kind of studies with a grain of salt, the evidence seems to be there, regardless of what some would call a small sample size

Hell, he's blown out two knees on natural turf, so maybe that field turf is where he needs to be. I'd love to see him in ATL...anywhere but the panthers or cowboys. AZ would be cool, just so I could go to some of the games and watch him play.

Cowboys in the 3rd. They see a need for a good back behind Demarco Murray. Jerry Jones likes to make a splash and Latti is one of those guys adored by everyone. That will appeal to Jerry.

What may hurt Lacy is his block pick up and pass catching.
It wouldn't surprise me if he slips to Round 2 and is a very high pick.
I think Bernard has the best shot going Round 1...but if a RB is taken, I don't see it happening until the last 5 picks of round 1.

But hey, you never know.

Would love to see him here in Jacksonville and it could be reasonable for us to take him depending on when he is available. MJD is only going to be here one more year. Marcus could rehab the entire year and be ready in 2014. We aren't going anywhere this year, but should be much better next year. If he falls to the 4th or 5th, I could see us taking him for 2014.

BTW for those who say our front officie is crap. WE FIRED EVERYBODY in the off season. We hired a new GM, from ATL, new HC from SEA, new OC and DC, and have a new owner from last year. Warm weather for Marcus and natural grass.
