![]() no, on hwy 107 there is a dirt road to the left called Big Bend. You better have tall suspension, they put moguls in the road for erosion. when you get to the end of the road, walk down the hill to the left to the chatooga river. it is about 500 yards down a hill at 30 degrees. easy going down, sumbeech coming out....

![]() Indeed, that whole area is awesome, I camp there a lot because it's such a close drive from my house, but I'd like to explore the area around Boone (G-father Mtn., Linville) and Eastern Tn., a lot of scenic wilderness there
