What is funny is that UM actually thinks that they potentially lost money by NOT playing in the ACC chump game. The problem is that they actually saved money by not playing in that game. See FSU

i dont harbor the same resentment towards miami that some fans do since i grew up liking them, but im inclined to agree that they have paid a hefty price so far. regardless of them being mediocre during this self imposed stage, they have skipped two bowls, an acc championship and suspended the players who were still on the team when this story broke. we're talking one rogue booster, a football program that was distancing itself from shapiro once shannon took over and has done all the right things under golden.
some slight scholarship reductions over 2-4 years and call it a day, but i didnt read the article yet. |
