But the ones you've listed that had success (and plenty of it) as true freshmen are the exceptions, not the rule. All I was really trying to say is that people should try to keep their expectations in check or else they may find themselves feeling like the RB position is a letdown if at least one of the guys we'll have next year doesn't rush for 1,000+ yards and score double-digit TDs. I, like every other fan of the gamecocks, hope we have a dominant running game, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high since almost everyone on the roster will still be unproven. But in no way am I trying to say the group is going to suck. Hope it doesn't come across that way.

David is going to be one heck of a back for us. The owner of Level 40 (Greg Garrett) has done a great job preparing kids from the Philly area in football and in life. His workouts are extreme and demanding as you guys can see from the video. Several of the top kids in the Philly area have come through his conditioning program.
