Do we usually get a commit or two on JR Day. I don't recall. I will say if you go back and look at the list of over 30 commits, more than half of them have us
as their leader. And that is big going into the spring recruiting season.

Not one recruiting analyst that I saw predicted even ONE commit today....I have no idea where the idea that would would get multiple high level commitments came from....but I'll be damned if it didn't spread like wildfire. Reading some of the comments in here are classic...

Honestly, I'd rather the players know exactly where they want to go before they commit instead of having fiascoes like Rolin and Langley decommitting during the season. It makes the process go a lot better for everyone involved.

We did extend our lead with several players. We also really got in the game with really good players like Andrew Williams, Peyton Newell, and Cortez McDowell. It was still a very productive day.
