Interesting Article on Evaluating Recruiting Rankings
I thought this was an interesting read. The predictions were bad at predicting our ranking, boise state, and TCU's ranking (all too low) as well as notre dames (too high) FWIW.

Recruiting is important, but player development is where championships are won (barring major talent discrepancies). SOS and his staff have improved both of these areas drastically in the recent past, and the results are indisputable. It is clear that our staff is full of superior developers of talent; the same can't be said for some of our rivals. Kudos to SOS for bringing in the right guys to coach our guys up, because we wouldn't have won 31 games in 3 years without guys like B Lawing, S Elliot, J Robinson, Whammy, Jay Graham, etc (yea I know some of those guys aren't with us anymore)
