Probably nicer than almost all of them. NFL weight rooms are for working out, not recruiting. I was in Green Bay's weight room several years ago and it had plenty of racks (though not that may) but looked like it was an old basement gym. The guy showing me around said "it aint for show"

The locker room and the rest of the facility was pretty awesome though. Lots of inlaid wood in the shape of their G.

hahaha good stuff. But on a serious note, Alabama's strength and conditioning program right now is king. Granted, they do bring in the best athletes and have better resources than just about any school outside of a select few, but their S&C pumps out NFL ready bodies like its no ones business. Not all RB's play the position to physically punish their opposition, but damn has it been impressive watching Ingram, Richardson, Lacy, etc do what they do over the past 5 years or so

Personally I think it looks like a dump. A dump in the middle of a dump of a state. Surrounded by people with no teeth and women that look like horses, all unable to spell their own names. But at least there's a Walmart nearby!
