As a matter of fact, it is actually a huge drawback in judging talent...because until the whole "social recruiting boom" in the last 10 years, a lot of players (especially in SC) were neglected due to playing at small high schools with very little exposure.

I can name quite a few players that played at 1-A high schools who ended up performing at 5* levels in college...first being Alshon Jeffrey, or Da'quan Bowers, or Ricky Sapp, and I can list more.

Perhaps he meant because kids that play at that level it's much harder to judge how good they really are since their competition is not nearly as strong.....similar to Matt Rolin.

To be fair, I have not followed his recruitment very much. But there are 5 schools in the mix that I have read on several sites. Even if it's only 4 schools, it's still more likely he picks one of the other schools. And I have read he has been very quiet so I don't see how any of the schools could feel that good about their chances. And honestly, every single time I read where Clemson is in the mix for a kid, you guys always say you lead.....how can that be the case every time.....that makes no sense.

big shocker here, 2 different pay sites say the same thing I said earlier. Someone else likes to think otherwise.

Bryant Tweeted yesterday that he's going to "shock the world" on signing day. Usually, in my experience, when kids say that, they sign with exactly the school everyone expected them to.

He's spoken of "shocking the world" and a lot of times when prospects say that, they end up picking the program everyone believes they will

John Whittle of TBS said he was gonna be at Bryant's signing. He said not to read to much into it but I kinda think that gives us a serious punchers chance. With that said this kid is unpredictable so nothing would shock me here.
