Yes, our coaching staff can take a 3 star player and make them a great player. But then wouldn't our staff be able to develop 5 star talent even better?

ESPN gets a lot of publicity for their recruiting coverage but are generally considered the least accurate of all the services. They are the only ones with Clemson that high in their rankings. Dabo must be one of their contributing analysts.

Anything and everything that brings this to a stop is beneficial. I hear people say they don't care if Morris stays, but the truth is Morris staying helps them recruit. What needs to happen next for us to really get up in the recruiting ranks, Morris needs to leave, Dabo needs to get on the hot seat and get fired, they have a total rebuild and we get all the recruits we want from the SC/NC area. If anyone TRULY wants to rise in the recruiting ranks, that is the next shoe to fall.

Clowney is a prime example of that. He could be great just on pure God given abilities but look how he's developed into the best lineman/player in college football.

Only way that would make sense is if our staff knew we weren't getting Bryant and we called him back. Who are the other choices? We were in his top 4 when Florida snubbed him with Miami, SoCal and Oregon...did he drop anyone off or are those 4 remaining? If those 4 remain intact, I'd say he's just blowing smoke. If he's removed one or two, it means something real may have happened in that past day or so.
