What if you have no parent or guardian? This rule is dumb for so many reasons its hard to even list them all. You can vote and join the military and even enroll at the college by yourself but to play football you need your parent to sign? Completely absurd.

the way that the story reads to me, this woman did not even live with this child. It is embarassing that she now wants to assert any kind of influence on his decision. If the kids wants to go away to Arkansas, maybe it was to get the hell away from her. I guess she thinks because he is her son that she should be able to cash in on his success. CRAZY BITCH

I saw Collins the other night on SportsSouth when he made his commitment...after hearing about how his mom has acted, I'm even more impressed with how articulate and well spoken the kid is. He was very excited and talked of his 2 year relationship with the Hogs staff. His mom has taken what should be the most exciting time in his life to date and ruined it. If Bill Clinton can get father of the year, I nominate her for mother of the year.
