The mutts are our biggest competitor...I think he is gonna follow his boy nick glass to college, which ain't good because we are not recruiting glass and he is already a mutt.

Per TBS when he got his UGAY offer, he still said that we were his favorite.

Had to know UGA was going to offer at some point. It seems like we still lead, but him not announcing for another six months is worrisome. It gives UGA time to gain ground. Hopefully it's too much to overcome though.

If we still do indeed lead even after UGA offered, that's good news, but it's going to be tough to hold them off. Hopefully he gets back here over the summer before he commits.

I do like that SGF and Reload still think he's all Gamecock.

No matter what, I like this kid and his family. His mom posts alot on the bigspur and you can tell she raised him well and that he is a quality individual.

Although people jumped down your throat for this, its actually not a bad point of view at all.

His mom loves USC, Ward, and Botkin but its not going to be her decision and she has stated just that many times. Do I think BAW loves USC as well? Absolutely. Do I think UGA can make this very interesting? Absolutely.

We all need to wait until after UGA's junior day on the 16th, then we'll know how good of a chance we have in landing him.

I think it is telling that only 1 of the Top Ten players in GA picked UGA this year (unfortunately, that 1 was Brendan Langley).

UGA is still tough competition but they are not a lock to get in-state talent like in the past. Another win this year and an SEC East Championship should seal the deal for us.

I agree. If we can somehow survive UGA's junior day, I think we'll be fine. Holding them off is going to be tough though.

If he has indeed said we still lead even after the UGA offer, that's good news, but August 9th is a long ways off.

BAW has given NO indication that he is leaning towards UGA and has NOT pushed back his commitment. He has consistently stated that he plans to commit before his HS football season starts. Only our posters have speculated that he might commit earlier which was not based on anything other than conjecture and hope.

His mother has pointed out to BAW the hypocrisy of Richt's "explanation" to BAW that they waited on offering in order to get past 2013 NSD in order to give him more attention (when they had already offered dozens, 40+, of other 2014 NSD before 2/6/13; guess those guys were more important to the butt sniffers).
