I really don't know what to think about Manziel. Is he just your typical college kid enjoying himself or is he some arrogant douchebag thinking he's better than everyone because he's the new face of college football? Maybe I'm just jealous, idk.

really, i saw one picture of him with a girl that was pretty healthy..it looked like it was taken at a party and someone thought it would be cool to post it online and it ran from there. that isnt quite the same as the photos ive seen of johnny, and the stories that are circulating.

let me know when you see tebow at mardi gras with a crown royal crown and beads on or a pic of him with a cigar and massive bottle of champagne while looking torched. the guy above has a point.

i think its funny how harsh people are of these guys ... its not the kids fault that the media is constantly talking about them

In the grand scheme of things, Manziel will be paid better than this guy ever will but he is suing for infringement? Through a company set up for his protection located at his daddy's address of his company that has interests in varied industries.

JM comes from a rich family and isn't hurting for money. For him to sue a guy who's trying to earn a buck seems pretty douche baggery to me, but that's just my opinion. I personally see no need for the law suit. If anything this guy is making JM more popular by selling the T-shirts.

Just because the NCAA ruled it's right doesn't mean it's not douchey.

He's going to sue a guy from a dummy corporation set up by his daddy to ensure this dude doesn't make a few grand off a stupid catch phrase. All the while, knowing it's because of a weak nickname and a scramble pass that he got the heisman and essentially secured himself millions.

Hate someone for not allowing someone else to profit off their hard work? Maybe the guy selling the JF items is the douche?

Would be the same if someone started making HBC merchandise and SOS sued them....you make money off someone else's efforts or notoriety, you should get sued.

And if Manziel and family don't sue, they are stupid for allowing someone to take what isn't their's.
