Observer: JD Clowney should consider skipping 2013

Not a great lineup today (no Woody, MacMullan is on) but they did a teaser about Clowney at the very beginning of the show. Its on deck already, should be on in the next 5 mins

You don't like Jackie Mac? She's far more insightful and knowledgeable than Woody. She's not as exciting, or funny, but she dominates in stats and fact-supported opinions.

No. Not really sure why but I'm not a fan of her. I do dislike Jamele Hill and Bob Ryan more though

Tony said no because how important college football is down here.

Wilbon said yes because if he gets hurt then it's not like the school will make up the difference of his contract.

I hope he doesn't it sets a bad precedent but I understand why people would say that.

I'm surprised no one on ATH or PTI mentioned Sam Bradford. Pretty sure he got hurt his final year in 09 and still went number 1

Clowney just posted a picture on one of his social medias. It was a picture from PTI debating if he should take the season off and clowneys comment was "got me thinking"

Interesting to come from a likely Tar Heels fan and supported here by a Bulldog fan. Pretty solid compliment. I wonder if our opponents' quarterbacks and coaches might start a "draft Clowney now" movement.
