Yep. When I think 6'1 250+, I think fat...he is far from it. Looks like/carries his weight like a 230 pounder.

He's physically ready for SEC play right now IMO.

Can't wait to see what the S&C program turns him into....if he.comes in around 250, he will be 235-240 & ripped when we play the tarholes.

Don't think he'll be losing 20 pounds once he gets here unless that's what the coaches want. I think we're looking more at 255-265. Don't see why he couldn't be a great MLB.

Where are the coaches actually wanting to play him??? MLB or DL? Is he the 2nd Norwood or what?

He is one of those kids where the Coaching Staff will figure it out when they get him on campus and get to work with him. It will be some type of hybrid role in the beginning though. He is good off the edge at rushing the QB. He may eventually grow into a DT/DE like Melvin Ingram did.

Like Melvin, he is going to get a look at LB first. Depending on his ability to grasp the scheme as a backer, which M16 couldn't, he could potentially play 3-4 positions before he leaves.

by the way, not the freak Ingram is, but similar build with much longer arms.

He is being brought in as a MLB. They are hoping he sticks there. He will shed some weight once he gets here. If he continues to grow he very well could grow into a DL but if he is finished growing I would look for him to stick at MLB.

235-240...he needs to lose 10-15 (he weighs about 250). When you combine the nutrition program w the running, he will lose weight. Just hope he doesn't show up heavier than he is now.

He isn't fat. I'm saying he will lose a few pounds. Alshon did have a nice spare tire his senior year (lost it & then some).

Not questioning you, but where did you get 258? I keep seeing 253 (except for Rivals-245). Regardless, he will be a player.

258 according to 247. Either way I like him. Like Kaiwan Johnson he can get toned up. If you noticed at one time Lewis was 240 plus. He played in the 230 range.

True. Just couldn't find the story w the visitors measurements. I have fluctuated btw 205-215 for 12 years, so it doesn't tell me he is packing on the pounds.
