SGF, does Berrios even have an offer from UK? And I'm not convinced that Barker is going to UK. From what I've read we still lead for him. Not that UK isn't a factor, but I'll be surprised even he doesn't end up in Columbia. As far as I know he's still scheduled to come to our spring game. I think we'll take 3 receivers- Davidson, Berrios and Googer/Bone. That would be a fine group.

If it is the right kids then we could. There are several players that the staff will not turn away.

It will be alot closer to 20 if not 20 then the 15 that gets thrown around. As you know the numbers always work out.

Getting to 20 would take something close to 15 guys leaving the program. Not going to happen. (And odds are it wouldn't be good if it somehow did.)

For us to get to 20, we'll have to turn loose 10-12.....I think that would look bad for 2 reasons.....looks bad with the other players and it's admitting you missed on them. By the way, TM on TBS says he thinks there is only 1 of our 2013 class that may have grade issues and it''s very likely he will make the grades anyway. This is very good news.

Yes, there were rumors he almost committed a few weeks ago. I think USC will take the first ones who commit out of their top targets, and with the numbers, they will be very selective.

Berrios typically draws comparisons to a prospect UNC had to reach to West Virginia to nab for the ’13 class, Ryan Switzer. South Carolina is the team to beat unless Miami exhibits stronger interest.

WR Braxton Berrios of Raleigh visited North Carolina Monday where he met up with new Tar Heel assistant coach Ron West. USC is strong on Berrios who also has offers from East Carolina, Maryland, Wake Forest, North Carolina, Minnesota, Virginia Tech, NC State and Kentucky. He attended two USC games last season.

He visited Clemson and they forgot to offer him. His coach called Clemson and it was a mix up. He has Clemson as a strong contender now. We are still in the mix. I wish his coach had not called Robbie Caldwell and Jeff Scott asking why they did not offer.
