Great thread! Missed last episode, but read on regardless of finding out what happens. Lori is a cheatin' lowlife,she better not be alive or I think Rick would kill her. No way theyd bring her back as anything but a zombie, last few episodes that she was alive Rick loathed her. And what was with Rick spacing out when he was holding the baby 2 episodes ago? Anyone think hes gonna freak out and kill the baby or something wierd? Didnt read the comics so I have no idea what storyline they'd follow or anything.

Again, the writers have not done anything that would indicate they would go so far off the reservation.

I think there is some credence to the idea she might be a walker, though.

robert kirkman asked on talking dead do you really think carl is that bad of a shot? he said shes not a ghost which just goes along with rick being crazy. im kinda surprised the actress actually made another appearance, i figured after the silhouette the week prior that she was completely done.

at first when the van crashed through the gates i thought maybe thats darryl and merle though destroying the perimeter didnt make much sense. i think there was a pause before the doors were opened to build tension on whose side the van was on.

as far as ammo they did say the prison armory was off site. could be one of those deals where they already made a run and didnt show it or theyll have to make a run now. now we get to see the softer side of merle.

Lori being a walker, i had a thought about this yesterday:
She comes back as a walker, bites Daryl in the neck, he goes down fighting but dead none-the-less. Remember, he is not a character from the comics, free reign to do whatever with him. it also gets the shock and awe factor back. also, we get back to hating Carl. he didnt shoot his mom in the head allowing her to come back and take out the favorite character. Rick wiggs out, again, tries to hug walker lori, herschel takles her to save moron rick, dies in process. rick finishes job of disposing of Lori.

if they kill Darryl off anytime soon, the fans will revolt.

I know no character is safe, but its funny how 'sacred' he has become to viewers of the show. I'm not sure the writers will kill off their 'cash cow' right now...

Agreed. If a major character from the season 2 circle of characters dies this season, I think it'll be Carol, Beth, or Andrea.

I think all the remaining season 2 males are safe.

keeps it edgy. they can create another "darryl". it is about shock. cant think of a better way. but i am going to stop speculating about that. cant wait for GoT to get back going.....
