I feel like 40 times for Running backs are overrated.
Of course you don't want him running a 4.9 but 4.6 and below is probably normal.
(Example: Arian Foster ran a 4.68 and he's rushed for 1200+ yards the past 3 years)

Of course there are guys like Adrian Peterson who are a freak in everything

If anyone drafts Barkley or Smith in top 10 they should be fired. Both are overrated and did nothing when it mattered. I'd take a Glennon or Wilson in the 2-3 round before either of them in the first.

Yeah he'd be another guy I'd take over them. I'd take Jones over them, even. None of the early guys have that top QB potential, like last year, so might as well use the pick on more useful position help and draft a flyer in a later round.

I never understood that, but I see players in the pros wearing earrings all the time.

I know if I had a 3 carat diamond ear ring, I wouldn't wear it during the game because of the fact it might come out and then somebody else just might end up with a $3K souvenir.

If I were a coach I wouldn't let them wear it personally.

What today made you feel that way? Serious question.

Personally, I don't think combines, for a QB, can prove anything. His game film is what matters to me. It shows too many poor reads, missed open WR and not showing up against anyone who had a schred of a D. He ran a 4.5 40 but he isn't a scrambler so its kind of mute stat. Just because a guy runs fast it doesn't make him a duel threat QB.

footwork is consistent and was best of the group. has the athleticism. had the best deep ball of all of quarterbacks. has good enough armstrength. the more impressive part was his interview. very even keel guy and seems to be a good leader by watching his games at WVU. everyone misses players. the only two guys that i would draft in the first round based on talent is Geno and tyler Bray, who i feel may have moved up based on today compared to Glennon who slid a lot with his performance today

Devin Taylor 6'7' 266 lbs.....bench, 14 reps...average for DE was around 23-24. He was next to last out of 21 DE.

Devonte Holloman 6'1" 243 lbs.....listed as an OLB. He is at a disadvantage with other OLB because of our scheme. Depending on his speed and athleticism could be drafted as a strong safety but I doubt it.....totally different than Antonio Allen.
