Didn't Tennessee have a young QB that's supposed to be really good too? Been seeing where he is actually projected to start over Justin Worley once he gets established.

Towles played against us didn't he? Thought he tossed a TD then got hurt. Anyway, he was highly sought after coming out of high school and he showed in his limited opportunities that he has a lot of talent. If Stoops has the coaches and scheme, that kid could blow up.

Tennessee has Nathan Peterman who they are raving about. They also recruited 2 very good QBs this past class in Riley Ferguson and Joshua Dobbs, who they flipped late from Arizona State. I think both of those guys were Elite 11 participants. Needless to say, Jones has a really good QB situation as far as talent.

Yea I think your right. They put him in and he didn't even know the whole play book I think. Jerideau hurt the other guys ankle. So he came in.

Imagine if spurrier had that QB talent when first came in. I know Blake was an elite 11 guy, but still.

Anyways...My top 5 would be:

1. AJ McCarron- Even though he's behind a bunch 5 Star lineman he can still throw with pretty good accuracy. Just ask The Handcuffed Badger.

2. Aaron Murray-Yes because when he has time he can put some zip on the ball. He did well in the Florida game and against Nebraska.

3. Dylan Thompson-The reason I say this is because RIGHT NOW DT is the better QB while Connor is recovering from surgery and will not be playing in the Spring game. If CS was fully healthy..I'd put him at #2.

4. Justin Worley- Highly recruited out of SC and as a true freshman playing his first game against us a couple years ago gave our defense everything they could handle.

5. Jeff Driskel- Because whoever is under center at Florida is an athlete. He can pass or run with the ball. Heck even Trey Burton would fit here if he played QB full time.


Why no Johnny Football? Because just like you I can't stand him. This is my opinion not facts. If this post were facts it probably wouldn't look nothing like what I have listed.

I think AJ doesn't get enough credit for being a quality QB just because of how talented Bama is but if you watch him play he is accurate, protects the ball and can make all the throws. With our talent on offense our QB should be able to produce like a top 5 QB.
