ND Basketball Uniforms

They are playing Kentucky on ESPN2. They are waring the most awful black uniforms ever designed. You can't read the numbers. It looks like they are in blank black shorts and practice jerseys.

It's actually a traditional game and sort of a rivalry back in the day.

Saint johns is also doing a blackout, is there a reason why the big east schools are all doing this?

I understand the "tradition aspect"

Like IU and Kentucky too, but it's not like these were made years in advance.

Theyre the best in our conference It would be cooler to see them play Cuse (they play UL later in the season)

I mean in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge, both conferences top 3 teams played eachother

Calipari tried to tell everyone before the season started that they weren't that good, yet. Which was his way of saying, this ain't the same team we had last year. I expect Mizzou or Florida to win the conference this year, not Kentucky.

They aren't as good but come tournament time you might be surprised. next years team is gonna be great

Reminds me of when we had the wounded warrior uniforms but the refs said the numbers weren't distinguishable

I just loved these jersey. It is looking ultra cool. I would say it is a nice design.

You realized the had to modify them because there were indistinguishable numbers and writing. Now they look like neon green on black, something Oregon would wear not ND. Adidas is forcing these black style of uniform on all their schools, I dislike it.
