Class of 2014 ATH Hyleck Foster of Gaffney feels his first offers should come in the near future. According to Foster, USC and UNC are close to offering. The schools showing interest include USC, North Carolina, Duke, Wake Forest, LSU, Maryland, Mississippi State, Pitt, Cincinnati and Virginia Tech. Several of these schools have stopped by his school to visit Foster in recent weeks. "It's been crazy," he said. "Maryland, Duke, Wake Forest, UNC, LSU, Cincinnati, Mississippi State and South Carolina have all come by. USC is telling me that once I get there I can play anywhere on the field." He did not name the Gamecocks among his favorites listing North Carolina, Mississippi State and Pitt as those schools. "I like the offense they run at North Carolina," Foster said. "I like the way they spead the field and use Giovanni (Bernard) because I'm a running back. I've been up there a bunch and I like the campus." His cousin played at Mississippi State and is encouraging him to do the same. "Pitt runs the ball more so I like their offense too," he added. Foster plans to attend junior days at USC, Clemson and North Carolina with Mississippi State and Cincinnati as possibilities. He did not name a leader.

Class of 2014 ATH Hyleck Foster of Gaffney has received offers from Wake Forest, North Carolina and Alabama State with USC and West Virginia offers pending, according to Foster. Wide receiver coach Lonnie Galloway recently moved from Wake Forest to West Virginia and Foster says coach Galloway wants to bring him to West Virginia. "He told me he thinks they're real close to offering," said Foster. "I'm really excited about it." As for USC, he said, "I talk to coach (Shawn) Elliott a lot and he told me they're just waiting for things to calm down. They're concentrating on this year's class and then I think they'll offer me." Clemson is also showing a lot of interest. Foster plans to attend junior days at USC, Clemson and North Carolina and is considering going to West Virginia as well. He does not have a favorite.

ATH Hyleck Foster of Gaffney visited North Carolina last weekend and Georgia the weekend prior to that. The trip to Athens stood out for Foster. "I really like their weight room and their coaches," he said. "The coaches showed me film and I really like the way they run their offense." Foster feels the Bulldogs are showing a lot of interest though he expects his next offer to come from West Virginia. "I talked to one of their coaches and he told me they might offer me Monday," said Foster. Kentucky is next up on his schedule. "They just got a new coaching staff so they said they want to get to know me," he said. "They want me to come up and see if I like it." The Gamecocks have not been in touch with Foster lately but he is still planning a visit. "They talk to Shaq (Davidson) mostly and he's been going down there a lot," he said. "I think they're waiting for spring ball to come up and see us (play)." His current offers are from UNC, Wake Forest and Alabama State. Foster did not name a leader.

At just 5-foot-9 Foster is a bit of a 'tweener, but he showed excellent receiving skills at RCS Charlotte. What he lacks in size he makes up for in quickness and catching ability and he toasted several defenders during his day at the camp. Foster is still waiting for his first offer, but North Carolina and West Virginia continue to show interest.
