I have to assume that our coaches have told all these kids that we have very limited space for 2014. It seems logical the ones that most want to play here will decide sooner rather than later......especially in positions like TE where we will only take one.

I'm not sure it will happen by the end of March, but with our Spring game in April, which many kids are planning to attend, I think we will get a number of kids by the end of April.

Interesting. If that's true, would have to mean Poona and Wideman will be 2 we take. I thought we would take 3, and possibly start Wideman at DE.

Wideman will start off at DE. It'd be nice to have Pringle and Ford. Can't forget about Moten either. The Southeast yet again is LOADED.

Hope they're wrong, because he is a beast. Unless grades are a concern it would be a real shocker to turn down a commitment from one of the top DTs in the country.

I hope this guy makes the list. He's really good. We can always work with the numbers, so I don't think we should get in the habit of turning away 4 star in state talent.

Has he actually been rated 4* by a major service yet? Being out of state I am somewhat disconnected?

Not sure about the other sites, but he's the equivalent of a mid 4-star on 247. BTW, Jr. is listed as his recruiter, so if that's the case there should be no question about whether his offer is good or not.

He's rated a 92-grade 4* by 24/7 sports (a 90-97 grade is a 4* according to their rating system). Rivals only has it's top 250 prospects rated now plus about 40 others, but Pringle isn't among those. He's a 3* and 14th DT per Scout.com. ESPN hasn't rated any 2014 prospects yet that I can see....

247 ranks him as 159th best player in nation regardless of position and 12th best DT. Rivals has not rated him yet. I would say he is a definite take as long as his grades are OK.
