I didn't start this thread to bash him or anyone here. Just thought it was interesting we were mentioned. I mean..of all the cities in the world, he chose Cola. Then of all the things to say about Cola, he chose us. I take that as a compliment that we're on the national radar so much.

The show is hilarious. He offends all kinds of people on there, but not many comedians don't. You can't take it seriously, it's just all in good fun.

Everything is fair game for comedy in my book. EVERY thing. The comedian is today's court jester. They are the only ones who can speak the truth. They verbalize that little voice in the back of our heads that we can't. They insult the kings to their faces. Free speech covers comedy, and it covers satire and parody in particular. Taste for comedy varies. What is and is not funny is subjective. Not everyone has to like a joke, but anyone should have the right to make a joke.

Black comedy spans an entire genre, and had been extremely successful since the beginning of written history. Dead baby jokes have humongous fan base.

Hell, they're just jokes people. Tosh had a joke during one of his stand up routines which was "I usually cross my own boundaries from time to time, it lets me know I still have them."

He's been to Columbia once and is having another show before long. If Tosh offends you, never listen to a word Anthony Jeselnik says.
