And to everyone freaking out I'm pretty sure players can only miss something like 1 or 2 classes per semester unexcused or they miss practice time (or get other punishment). It's pretty strict. It's not like these guys are missing tons of class time before this punishment comes down. A lot of college kids skip more classes than this (total not per class) in a week haha.

We need him to get it together. Come on Shaq. Didn't use him properly last year. Threw it to him deep all the time, which is fine every once in a while, but we should have thrown in some quick hitters to him to see what he could do in space.

Not to bust on Shaq, but honestly, he hasn't impressed me at all, being a Mr SC Football and all. Look at our previous Mr Footballs and see how he adds up. I hope all the hype on this young man pans out and he figures things out quickly.

Takes some kids longer to mature. The team has been lucky with these freshman being able to contribute early. Some kids just take time to adapt to a new game. He hasnt even been in the system for a full year yet.

Really? Guess you haven't seen him play this spring. Rainey & Shaq have been the two guys who have exceeded expectations. He has learned how hard you have to work to be a #1 WR in the SEC. Bottom line: He will be the next great Carolina WR.

Word. I got great grades at USC but skipped my fair of classes. - I didn't go to a single lecture my second semester of physics, I think. The attendance rates athletes are held to would have made me miserable, haha.
