Are you honestly still arguing about the title of the thread and not discussing the issue. There are multiple articles discussing the agent paying players, a statement by one player, and a former gamecock during that same time period who signed with that same agent.

To top it all of, and nothing against culliver, but from his public statements and actions he isn't exactly thinking about the next day all the time.

I hope there simply isn't any evidence there and this goes away but if anyone can manage to make a bad situation worse it'll be culliver.

We got it you do not like the title of the thread but the baseless story as some of you have claimed is getting a lot of airtime. At this point we have no idea if he received money or not while at USC from the agent in question, but it certainly is something to discuss.

First thing I would do at USC, or any other school, is let any kid who signs here (remind them several times a year) that if they obtain any benefits or sign with an agent prematurely and such things result in NCAA sanctions, that the school will sue that player and agent for everything they can get.

Don't care if the kid doesn't get drafted, doesn't make the pro team, is the top selection in the draft, or becomes All Pro. You cheated the school and hurt the program. You are going to lose so much money that you will wish you had never played sports.

No, you don't get it. I said it was a baseless ACCUSATION, and it's the WRONG story. The article says that Culliver ALLEGEDLY got a text AT SOME TIME from this guy that is under suspicion. No one ever said anything about him getting money, let alone when. This is not the story being reported, this a story the OP just made up. It's not that I don't like the title, it's that I don't like the baseless accusation IN the title attempting to cause harm to someone's reputation.
