The report by the state of NC showed found he got a text from the guy in GA thats a fact ... also the 107.5 Halftime show guys said today that it was during cullivers time here... this is a story being reported by WRAL in raleigh, yes the story focuses on UNC players being paid by a sports agent and all it says is the investigators found a text to culliver from this guy
im not accusing, or attempting to cause culliver repuatation to be harmed ( but he didnt really a good of maintaining if himself earlier this year but thats a different story)

Really, a reporter reports that Culliver got a text from someone involved in an NCAA investigation investigating paying collegiate athletes and you think that title is baseless, I might mention the last NCAA investigation at SC involved a recruit from NC. I was happy to see the thread, understood the title was based on the article and if all you did is read the title and start a rumor, base an opinion, or run off like a school girl and tell people that Culliver got money while at USC causing harm to Culliver's reputation then they would be at fault and anyone who listened to them and spread that rumor would be at fault not the OP and his title.

Who is assuming? So you know the story has no merit, there was no rules violation, Culliver did not except money while at SC, you know he had no relationship with the man while at SC and all the NC athletes as well as the tutor stories are nothing? IF you know the truth you should call The AP and set them straight for reporting it.

"This guy" was his agent when he was drafted. As far as I can tell he still is. That is not speculation.
