We were getting slaughtered that game from the get go. I didn't realize you weren't in there for a couple of minutes and someone said you quit. I got off shortly thereafter.

My K/D had been a pretty solid 1.12 for a while. It's been taking me time to move it up since it was so low when the game first came out. Now I've dropped to 1.09 or so in just a few weeks. I am either getting worse or the connections have been working against me. I can say that I have been on the receiving end of bad lag a lot more than on the good end.

This game will make you question your abilities. It is hard to tell if your skills are getting worse or if it is just lag. When it gets to that point I just get off.

Baseball season has started so I am busy and it is cutting into my weeknight playing time. Hopefully I can hop on tonight if I can get home at a decent hour.

The new Peacemaker gun, it seems like people kill me with one or 2 shots, but it take me half a clip to gun someone down.

I agree. It sucks up close for me. It does pretty good at a distance, but people do seem to kill me quicker with it than I can kill them with the same gun.

Berry, I stayed in that game because it was S&D and I immediately went 2-0 and we won the first round. I then got a plant and a defuse in the next couple of rounds even though we were running with 3 players. I got to a K/D of about 6-1 so I stayed in because we were smacking that ass. We ended up losing because one dude on your team freaking sucks. The other two of us would clear out the other team and then he wouldn't defuse the plant. He would start defusing then stop, then start then stop. Drove me crazy.

I accidently left, I meant to hit reply instead of join to that game invite. It then gave me a 5 minute penalty. I wanted to play it too. Oh well. I will be on early today.

I should be on tonight as well. I couldn't get on last night until 10 and ended having to play groundwar with some old friends and it sucked a big one. I don't see how people can play GW exclusively. I would go insane from having to deal with the constant lag.

It was good playing with you last night Spenda, it has been awhile. I love the peacekeeper in HCKC. It has the perfect balance for me and I didn't do too shabby with it in the few games we played.

This is the beginning of the end for COD. It is going to be a slippery slope moving from cosmetic items that do not effect gameplay to other stuff in the future that people will need.

Black Ops 2 Xbox 360 to get micro-payments from tomorrow
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is the next in a growing line of games to offer micro-payment vanity items. They start on Xbox 360 from tomorrow.

MCV reports that from tomorrow, Black Ops 2 will introduce `Micro Items'.

They have been described by Activision's Dan Amrich as "either personal customizations or nice little luxuries" that will not impact gameplay, and he added, "At the end of the day, all of these items are completely optional, and were created for players who've asked for more customization options".

Amrich has stressed that they are just "small, specific ways to enhance your online experience". These Personalisation Packs will cost 160 Microsoft Points each and contain three weapon camo designs, three reticules and a bonus Calling Card.

You can also buy a pack of ten extra Create-a-Class slots for 160 Microsoft Points, a `Flags of the World' Calling Card pack at 80 points, and the Nuketown 2025 Zombies map for 400 points.

As a sweetner, everybody will get the Nuketown 2025 multiplayer map for free on Xbox 360 tomorrow.

These micro-payment options will hit PC and PS3 at a later date.

Yeah I am sure they will make ton of money off of this. They've already got $110 of my dollars for this game and map packs, they aren't getting more of it. I can deal without the bacon camo on my PDW.

I already regret spending the money on the season pass instead of buying Tomb Raider or another game.

The dlc maps aren't that bad at all. They are alot better than the MW3 DLC for sure. I use the peacekeeper a good bit as well so at least this dlc drop was worth it.

I played againt a group last night that were all using lmg target finders and just spamming the trigger the whole time. They beat me and my team in the first game on Hydro. They covered all the flanking routes pretty good. The next two maps were on Raid and I just went two town on them going for over 60 kills and about 10 deaths.

The patch was supposed to nerf the PDW but I haven't noticed a lot of difference yet. It still is my go-to tryhard gun.

I think it just nerfed the hip fire accuracy on the PDW.
