So the acc was letting clemson slide with football recruiting infractions. Was it not long after that clemson was maybe allowed to sweep the acc and got a shot at the NC? Well, this was Eric Hyman's take of the game they tried to delay playing before he left. "It'd be over his dead body that UNC would not return the game they owed USC." Hyman was a graduate of UNC. It's obvious Hyman had to virtually pull teeth to get them to honor their commitment. I wouldn't trust them.

This wouldnt effect this years game in Columbia...and both teams would get money like it was a home game...i like the idea...help us recruit the Charlotte area better, esp if the NCAA lets both schools bring recruits

Exactly. No point in playing them every year. Once in a while, ok. We already play the one ACC team people at least respect a little bit, Clemson and we own them. That's enough.

I'd like to play UNC or NC St. more often but not every year. Maybe like have a home and home with UNC then a few years later, a home and home with NC St. We already have a yearly game with another ACC school.

There's even the chance of playing in the Chick Fil A bowl which is SEC vs ACC

I think the posts shows the fuel between the two schools, I have no doubt the fans that hate the ACC schools will be pulling for us with more hatred then ever! They will walk a way from them like beating clemson knowing we knocked the smug smile off the face of those who used to try and hold us down.
I understand the content for some but it just seems in the grand scheme of things you would see us controlling the borders of NC and SC in recruiting is HUGE, winning and mushing the faces of those you say betrayed, taunted, lied and cheated to keep us down would put a very large smile on your face. Just my opinion but I would so rather beat them down then try to forget or ignore something we obviously are never going to forget, the last thing I'm worried about is losing and nothing bad comes from winning.

You are 100% wrong. Note that this is being pushed by the Charlotte business community. This will benefit THEIR hotels and restaurants. The tax money generated will benefit THEIR state. When I was in school the University of South Carolina was located in Columbia. The city and its citizens and businesses are OUR partners. Let me be very clear about this: DuncE, their state, and the city of Charlotte can collectively rot in hell. I trust that I was not misunderstood.
