Marcus Lattimore Career Highlight Video

Done by GamecocksOnline.com. Relatively short video. Would of liked to see more from a few games. Mainly the Navy game, but good video nonetheless.

28 total games played throughout his 3 seasons here. He played in 28 of 40 games. Out for 12 games in total. That's basically a season. So you could say these stats were accumulated over a 2 season span in terms of games played.

Average of 19 rushes per game.
4.8 yards a carry.
6th in school history with 2,677 total rushing yards.
4th in rushing attempts with 555.
1st in both rushing (38) and total TD's (41)
3rd in total points scored (246)
Tied for 2nd with 11 career 100-yard rushing games

The 246-yard performance against Navy set a career high and was the fourth-highest single game total in school history...Led us to 3 straight wins over UGA with 88 carries for 476 yards and 4 touchdowns rushing against the Bulldogs...named the Dr. Harris Pastides Scholar-Athlete for football at the 2012 Garnet & Black Spring Game... I know i'm forgetting a lot more.

This is Lattimore's career highlight reel we're talking about here.... What I just saw I would rate as a 3 out of 10. Seriously, only 2 minutes!?!? Recycled music from other promos?!?! Not available in HD 720p or higher?!?! Where's the bama game, or the career long run, why were most of the clips against Kentucky, he had better games against UGA and FL?

This was just lazy production. I hope nobody got paid for that.

They didn't really do a good job on that clowney one either.

Just thought of something though, for everyone that says that lattimore doesn't have breakaway speed, and they would be right, usually a player does get faster from the time they get on campus to the time they leave.
They do it because they work and train in the offseason to get "bigger,faster,stronger".

Aside from after his freshman season, Marcus has been working to get back to where he was before a horrific knee injury. Not getting "bigger, faster,stronger".

Wait until he has a couple of offseasons in the NFL to do this and I think you will see him be a lot faster, I'm not saying Tavon Austin, but just something to keep an eye on.

Greatest Gamecock ever. Gave us both his knees and is the player that turned this program from good to great. Holds records and only has two full seasons worth of games played.. just imagine if he could have gave us 3, maybe even 4 fully healthy years. We'll never see another like him, thanks Marcus!
