Well, we played about as bad as we could play. Didn't deserve to win that game. Still not happy with Griener.....

No excuse for how we played in this 2nd game. Worst game we've played in quite a while. Bats better wake up or we'll get embarrassed next weekend

Good game and good series Gamecocks. It was pretty miserable outside today and that can always affect the bats. I'd be lying if I didn't say I was happy to see Mizzou win one in the series. That's about where our program is right now. I was just happy we didn't embarrass ourselves this weekend frankly. We obviously have a lot of work ahead of us but playing the quality of programs like SC and some of the other programs will show us exactly where we have to strive to be. And yes, I hope now that we are playing in a conference that cares so much about baseball that we get better video of games. I couldn't even pick up the ball with the netting in the way. Good luck the rest of the way. I'll definitely be pulling for you guys.

Weather was kind of nasty today. Ian Kinsler did have a point about playing at Mizzou though. It readies guys for pro ball because they will certainly play in cold weather then.

Mizzou will be one of the weakest teams we've played in the SEC this year when it's all said and done. Gotta sweep these series when you can.

So when all is said and done the last game was a tad rubbish. But when you look at the big picture is it all that bad? No more nets, no more visits to Missouri, hopefully no more bad weather and we win the series!

I mean we need to get out bats swinging better and Colby needs to pull his finger out but we are 17-3 under a new coach. As that lyrical genius from Jersey Jon Bon Jovi says - Keep the Faith!

Good series, guys. Y'all have a great team and will be better once you are completely healthy. From a Mizzou perspective I was really happy with the way our pitchers competed this weekend. I think the weather helped us out quite a bit today as it was pretty nasty out there. I wish you guys good luck the rest of the year. Y'all will be a contender once again, I believe.
