Panthers signed DJ Moore, a corner. Don't know much about him but I do know that will all but end things with Captain

DJ Moore is a former all-SEC corner who was on those Vandy teams that were a complete thorn in our side a few years ago. Also a Carolina native.

No idea on how good he was/is as a pro. Probably not very good considering he's a Carolina UFA signing.

The Panthers reportedly offered Captain a 3 year/$5 million contract. If true, that's an absolute insult and the new GM is starting off on the wrong foot.

I'm 99% sure, Captain is gone.

He was phenomenal in high school, won a state championship. I watched him play in hs. It was like a college kid playing with middle schoolers. Also saw him play Carolina at Willie B and completely dismantle the Gamecocks - a sad sight. Don't know much about his pro career. I do know that in high school, if he got his hands on the ball he would score almost every time.

3 year 5 million is about the perfect price for him he is a great Nickle and special teams player that is all, starting corner not so much. If someone wants to throw big money for him to be a starter he will be gone but they will lose big.

This. He's simply not worth the $$$ of a #1 or #2 corner.
