Next time you do burger's try smoking them with charcoal and hickory. I wouldn't do them any other way.

I tried these last year when I saw the Juicy Lucy burgers on Triple D. I only used cheese, but all the stuff you added looks good as well. I was told to make an indention on the top of the patty so that you don't get a burger nipple when it cooks, but this also caused some cheese leakage near the end.
