Default Looking for some good shake recipes.

I'm looking for some shake recipes. I've done some different variations of spinach, banana's, p-nut butter, mango's, pineapple but just can't seem to get a good combo down yet.

What do you put in your shakes?

You see those flavor combo's in the grocery store. Good Combo's are Strawberry/Banana. Mango/Pinapple, or Mango/Orange is another good one. Pnut butter apple would be a good combination. Heck putting Pnut butter on an apple and eating it is great. Spinach is more of a healthy add in so take one of the above smoothies and put that in there. There is some smoothies up at the store like Naked drinks or bolthouse, that have different flavors as well. You can look at their ingredients and probably get a good drink.

Here is the Bolthouse Smoothies that I usually get.

I love a homemade vanilla milkshake

Just vanilla extract, sugar, milk, and breyers vanilla ice cream

Simple yet good

I tend to think I make a beastly protein shake.

5-6 icecubes
two TBs peanut butter
two or three heaping TBs lowfat greek yogurt
honey
raw cocao
1 banana
1/4 or 1/2 cup oats (depends on how many carbs you are looking to get)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
some water

Not sure whether you are looking for milkshakes, smoothies, or juices. Or twerking.
